Finalbyte uses private, internal software integrations to assist with business operations, including email management, calendar management, scheduling, client relationship management, and related administrative workflows.
When an authorized Finalbyte user connects a Google account, the integration may access Google services such as Gmail and Google Calendar only with the permissions explicitly granted by that user.
Google user data is used solely to provide these internal business functions. Finalbyte does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or make Google user data available to third parties for their independent use.
Authentication credentials and access tokens are used only to maintain authorized access to the connected Google account and are stored securely.
Users may revoke the application’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security settings.
Finalbyte’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
